San Francisco's Early Learning For All (ELFA)
Amigos De Presidio Heights is part of San Francisco's Early Learning For All (ELFA) / Early Learning Scholarship (ELS) program and can enroll families who receive tuition vouchers from Children's Council and Wu Yee Children’s Services.
